EDMOND PUBLIC SCHOOLS Kinderartent 2024-25 Kindergarten placement will be different from other grade levels. Kindergarten is the only state-mandated grade where teachers do not already have knowledge of incoming students. All EPS kindergarten classrooms will participate in K-Start for the first five days of school. Why? To be more intentional in establishing thriving classroom communities. Mrs. Becker's students learned about entrepreneurship by hosting a "Becker Market" on Wednesday. Each student designed and hand made items to sell at the market. They worked together to buy and sell their items using special business cards, "Becker Bucks" and even receipts!

The Girls on the Run 5K is coming up this Saturday! If you are available this weekend and would like to come cheer on the Haskell GOTR team, the details are below! 1. The 5K will be held at Songbird Plaza in lower Scissortail Park, 124 SW 14th St., OKC, on May 4, 2024. The race will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the National Anthem/race warm up will start at 8:45 am. 2. Parking: There is free street parking all along Scissortail Park, a parking lot at SW15th and Harvey, and street parking along all the neighborhood streets perpendicular to Lower Scissortail. There is also paid parking south of the OKC Convention Center.
